How We Work
We start by assessing your transformation across 10 critical dimensions in a fixed 10-day diagnostic. You get a scored, evidence-based picture of what is going well and what needs improvement. Most importantly, we identify any show stoppers and what you need to do about it.
You can also engage us to help resolve what we found. This varies from light touch verification, to partnering with your team. Whatever we can do to help your successful delivery. Every fix is verified against the original finding before it’s closed.
Once your transformation is back on track, we can provide our overwatch service, ensuring it stays that way.
Each phase of the engagement is optional.

The 10 Dimensions We Assess
Every diagnostic scores your transformation across these dimensions. Each finding is backed by evidence, not opinion.
Forensic questions lead to evidence based findings
Strategic Coherence
Is the problem clearly defined with boundaries everyone agrees on?
Decision Authority
Are decisions being made fast enough, by people with the right authority?
Baseline Realism
Was the plan built on detailed evidence, or on optimistic expectations?
Delivery Capability
Does the team have the right skills and enough capacity to deliver sustainably?
Truth Velocity
How fast does bad news travel? Are risks clear and actioned?
Value & Financial Discipline
Are costs realistic and properly managed? Is there robust value management?
Political Resilience
Can the program survive a change of sponsor, strategy, or priority?
Adoption Accountability
Is the organisation ready to adopt what is being built, not just receive it?
Execution Quality
Is reported progress backed by working outputs, or just status updates?
Integration Risk
Are dependencies identified, owned, and stress-tested for failure?
